Boy Scout Troop 301

Scout Master: Deb Turner

National Scouting Museum in Irving, Texas. Visiting while on our high adventure trip.

Troop 301 is chartered in the Skyway District of the West Central Florida Council. The troop is sponsored by Pasadena Presbyterian Church in St. Petersburg, Florida. The troop has a long history with 95 scouts making the rank of Eagle in its 51 year history.

You can see our neckerchief patch, Troop Flag, and an official State of Florida License Plate at the top of the page.

Each scout is presented with an orange troop neckerchief minus the patch upon making the rank of scout, the blank neckerchief is returned for one with the patch when the Scout makes Tenderfoot.

The troop is very active and has a weekend campout monthly normally on the third Friday and the following weekend of the month.

The camping weekends usually have a merit badge theme that was taught during the previous month at troop meetings.

There is a mailing list used to distribute information for all friends of the troop.
